What it is with R Kelly? R. Kelly is caught up in an alleged swindle of some South African investors. A South African woman is accused of scamming investors out of $130,000 in 2005, by telling them she was raising money for an R. Kelly concert. Sure, that doesn't link Kelly to the scam. But THIS might: The woman deposited the money into Kelly's bank account. Authorities found a deposit slip in the woman's office, and they have confirmed that the bank account the money went into is Kelly's. Kelly's people released the following statement yesterday, "There is absolutely no truth to the reports that R. Kelly received money from a South African woman accused of swindling investors by convincing them to invest in a nonexistent R. Kelly tour in 2005.

What it is with David Banner? David Banner is headed out on tour with other acts like Talib Kweli, Little Brother and B.O.B. on the upcoming Hip Hop Live! Tour. The tour kicks off September 28th in San Diego, runs through many cities before it ends in New York City on October 25th.

What it is with Soulja Boy? Soulja Boy has been hacked. His MySpace and YouTube accounts are currently in use by an unknown hacker. Allegedly, the hacker requested 25 hundred dollars in exchange for the new passwords and when Soulja refused everything on his accounts were altered. If you hit up Soulja’s MySpace page, you will be greeted with a Rick Astley song and the profile picture reveals Soulja Boy in a compromising position.

What it is with Dr. Dre? Sad news to report this morning, Dr. Dre’s son tragically passed away over the weekend. 20-year-old Andre Young Jr.’s body was allegedly found at his family's Woodland Hills, California, home Saturday morning. Reports say Andre had gone out the previous night and returned home at 5:30 AM. His mother went to check on him around 10 AM that morning, she found him unresponsive and called the paramedics. The cause of death is still unknown at this time.

What it is with DMX? Yesterday DMX was in a Miami courtroom for an extradition hearing. There, he could have been freed from jail, and sent back to Arizona, where he faces a TON of charges. But the judge in Miami wasn't having it, so he's staying. The judge denied DMX bond, which means that he'll go back to jail for at least a month while he awaits a hearing on his Florida based drug possession charge, which is scheduled for October 2nd.

What it is with Lil Wayne? Is Lil Wayne going to be on the next season of Celebrity rehab?? The show's host, Dr. Drew Pinsky, is desperate to get Wayne onto his VH1 reality show. A person close to Lil Wayne said, "Dr. Drew called Wayne and left a message asking him to be on the show, we all laughed. I think we still have it on tape, maybe Wayne will use it on the next mixtape."

What it is with Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith? Jada Pinkett and Will Smith apparently have been trying to have another child for months. Allegedly, the couple used fertility treatments and apparently it worked. An insider revealed that Jada is on a “special pregnancy diet” that she used for her other children, Willow and Jaden. The diet consists of no caffeine, no sugar and a lot of vegetables.

What it is with Lindsay Lohan? Michael Lohan thinks his daughter Lindsay is drinking again and he blames her "girlfriend", Samantha Ronson. Michael says, "Samantha drinks and passes the drinks under the table to Lindsay, and behind the scenes it gets worse and worse. "Sam is using my daughter. My daughter isn't working because she's always with Sam. Even my ex-wife knows about it. She just isn't doing anything about it." Lindsay's rep says, quote, "This is totally a lie and untrue." For the record, Lindsay is filming a movie as we speak, called "Labor Pains". And she'll make several appearances on "Ugly Betty" in the coming season.
